Our Motivation

Our theme is Criticality in 21st Century ELT: Bringing Equality into the Equation. The rationale for this conference is with the advancement of technology, post-pandemic impacts, and the new forms of digitalisation, we are facing the concerns and questions of readiness, equality, equity, and counterproductivity of unmitigated progress. All aspects of ELT need to revisit and rethink the way forward, especially in the face of challenges posed by developing and underdeveloped regions of South East Asia and generally, all regions where ELT is celebrated and promoted.
